For most jobs or tasks, we use project pricing. You know the price up front - giving you the freedom to not have to be a clock watcher.
For those smaller "punch=list items, we can price by the hour billed in 15 minute increments.
All you need to do is to give us a call. When we arrive, you let us know what you need done, we will give you an estimate, and schedule to do the work. It's that simple.
Since we are an actual business and not some fly-by-night guy fiddling on the side for extra cash, we take all forms of payment, Cash, Credit card, and Checks... It's your choice.

First, we do not sell, trade, or give any of your information away, it is your information and we take great responsibility in keeping it yours. That being said, you agree that you may receive from time to time a newsletter, or other information from us to either remind you of your appointment, let you know it is time to schedule an appointment, or to inform you of any offers that we may be running at different times of the year.
All of our services, unless otherwise written on the proposal or estimate, will be due upon completion. Our projects are 8 hours or less including time to run for any materials that need to be picked up for the day.
Appointment schedule is based on a specific project length, which includes a minimum of 2 hrs. and a maximum project length of 8 hrs. Any projects requiring more than 8 hrs. to complete will be scheduled as separate appointment (not to exceed an additional 8 hrs) subject to availability. Full payment is due upon completion of each appointment by either cash, credit card, Venmo or check.Appointments are scheduled based on the homeowner-provided project description.
Upon arrival, your technician will fully go over the project with the homeowner. Should the scope of work vary greatly from the homeowner's provided description, any changes will be discussed with the homeowner for approval, prior to any work beginning.
Appointments are scheduled with your specific task in mind. The appropriate technician, materials, and time are set aside for your scope of work. If we are unable to perform the task or work and the appointment is not completed for any reason due to the lack of materials, incorrect or changed task description, payment is due for the time completed or a minimum charge of $158.
HomeTek Pro, LLC does not include the removal of construction debris unless otherwise noted. Our technician will neatly pile any trash/debris on your property per your direction. Any removal of debris from the premises will be the sole responsibility of the homeowner; We will be happy to reter you to one or our hauling subcontractors.
HomeTek Pro, LLC pricing (unless otherwise noted) does not include the purchase of materials, or matching of paint/stain color(s); IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOMEOWNER TO PROVIDE THE PROPER COLOR PAINT/STAIN FOR ALL PROJECTS.
Homeowner agrees to be home for the start AND completion of the appointment to discuss the project with your technician, allow access to work area, to approve work upon completion, and to make the final payment. If homeowner is unable to be home for the completion, a CC on file for final payment is required.
Any materials that are required to be picked up by HomeTek Pro, LLC may be subject up to an additional 30% over the cost of the materials themselves.
